Yes, we will ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. Shipping depends on the weight of your sign(s) and your zip code. All signs are shipped USPS priority mail. Shipping can be calculated on the shopping cart page.

We want every customer to be happy with their personalized sign. We will do everything we can to guarantee that. If you are unsatisfied with your sign, contact us and tell us what you don't like. We will ship you a new one with the necessary changes when we receive the original back.

Generally, it takes one to two weeks, from the time of payment, to make and ship your order. However, during the holiday season, personalized orders can take several weeks. Please call or email to check on the time frame.

Yes, each sign is shipped ready to hang on the wall (nails/screws for wall hanging not included).
